Risk disclaimer

Trading gold, forex, indices and crypto through CFDs and leveraged accounts carries a high risk of losing money. Leverage makes losses grow as fast as gains. You can lose all the money in your trading account.

No profit is guaranteed. The DCA, GRID and NEXT bots follow fixed rules. Markets can move against those rules for a long time, and a bot can open several losing trades in a row.
DCA and GRID add trades when the price moves against you. This can build a large loss. The Analysis screen before you start a bot shows the possible drawdown. Read it before you press Start.
Past results do not predict future results. Results on Practice, on a demo account, or of other users say nothing certain about your future results.
Practice is not the real market. Practice fills orders with a simulator using public prices. Gold on Practice follows PAXG, a token linked to the gold price, so prices, spreads and fills differ from your broker.
Technology can fail. Internet outages, broker or cloud connection problems, wrong prices, slippage and software errors can cause missed, late or unexpected trades.
Not financial advice. ALGONEXT provides software tools. We are not a broker, an investment adviser or a fund manager, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to trade.
Your local law applies to you. Trading with foreign brokers is restricted or not allowed in some countries, including for residents of Bangladesh under foreign exchange rules. You must check and follow the law that applies to you.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose. You decide whether to start a bot, on which account and with which settings, and you are responsible for the result.

Terms of service

By creating an account or using ALGONEXT you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

ALGONEXT is software that runs automated trading bots (DCA, GRID and NEXT) on a MetaTrader 5 account that you connect, plus a free Practice account with virtual money. Your trades are placed with your own broker, on your own account. We never hold your trading funds.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed by the law of your country to trade the products you trade. You are responsible for your broker account and for any taxes on your trading.

3. Your account

Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Connect only MT5 accounts that you own or are allowed to trade.
Give your MT5 trading password only. Never enter your broker website, email or bank password in ALGONEXT.

4. Plans and payment

Practice is free. Connecting an MT5 account and running bots on it needs a paid plan. Plan prices and limits are shown in the app before you pay.
Payment is in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. Send the exact amount shown to the address shown. A plan turns on after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
Coins sent on another network, to another address, or in a different amount may not be detected and may be lost. Contact support with the transaction ID if this happens.
A plan runs for the period you paid for and does not renew by itself. When it ends, bots on connected MT5 accounts stop and cloud connections are paused.
Payments are not refundable once a plan is active. A payment sent twice or for the wrong amount is checked by support and, if confirmed, refunded to the sending address or added as plan time.
We can change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

5. Broker partnership

ALGONEXT may show a registration link for Exness. If you open a broker account through that link, ALGONEXT may receive a commission from the broker. This does not change your trading costs.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, copy or resell the service, share your account, use stolen accounts or payments, or use ALGONEXT for anything illegal. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close an account, we stop its bots first.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running all the time but cannot promise that it never stops. Maintenance, outages at our providers, or your broker can interrupt trading. We may change or remove features and will tell users about important changes in the app.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, ALGONEXT is not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, lost profit or damage caused by market moves, your settings, your broker, internet or cloud outages, or software errors. If we are found responsible, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using ALGONEXT and delete your account at any time, as described below. Sections 5, 8 and 10 still apply after that.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Chittagong, Bangladesh, have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right to use your local courts.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what ALGONEXT collects, why, who it is shared with, and your choices.

What we collect

Account: your email address, a name if you add one, and your password stored only as a secure hash.
MT5 connection: your MT5 login number, server name and account label. Your MT5 password is encrypted, sent to our cloud trading connection, and deleted from our database once the connection accepts it.
Trading data: balance, equity, positions, orders and closed trades of connected accounts, and the settings and history of your bots, so the bots can work and you can see results.
Payments: plan, amount, the receiving address and the blockchain transaction ID. We never receive card numbers or wallet keys.
Security logs: sign-ins, important account actions and IP addresses, to protect accounts and investigate abuse.
On your device: the app stores your sign-in session and display preferences in your browser storage.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.

Why we use it

To run your account and bots, check payments and turn on plans, send verification and password emails, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet legal and accounting duties.

Who processes it for us

MetaApi (Agilium Trade): cloud connection to your MT5 account.
Render: application server. Neon: database. Both in the Singapore region.
Cloudflare: hosting of the app and the algonext.app domain.
Brevo: sending emails.
TronGrid: reading public TRON blockchain data to confirm payments.
Google Fonts: loads the app's font, which shares your IP address with Google.

Practice prices come from public market data (Binance, Kraken, OKX). No personal data is sent to them. Your broker receives your trades as part of normal trading.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, MT5 connections, bots, trade history and Practice account. We keep payment records (amount, plan, date and transaction ID, without your email) and security logs where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or the law.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and MT5 credentials are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so use a unique password and tell us at once if you think your account was misused.

Your choices

You can see and change your profile in the app, ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, and delete your account at any time. Email algonextsupport@gmail.com from the address of your account.

Children

ALGONEXT is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and tell users about important changes in the app.

Delete your account

You can delete your ALGONEXT account and its data yourself, at any time:

Open the app and log in.
Go to More → Profile & Settings.
Under Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE and press Delete my account.

What happens: your bots stop and their pending orders are removed, cloud connections to your MT5 accounts are deleted, and your profile, bots, trade history and Practice account are deleted. Open trades stay on your broker account, where you can close them yourself. Payment records are kept as described in the privacy policy.

If you cannot log in, email algonextsupport@gmail.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 7 days.
